House Rules

The following formats are used at Game Empire

Standard objects (objects without special effects) and ATA's (Additional Team Abilities) are allowed in any Age. ATA's can come from any set, they are not Age restricted.

HEROIC AGE (Core Format) All HeroClix sets and compatible sets are allowed. No Colossals, Vehicles, Team Bases or Tactics are allowed. (Exception: By-standers that are represented on a characters card are allowed)

MODERN AGE Sets ar restricted to those sets listed under Modern Age as defined by Wizkids. Only Tactics from Modern Age Sets are allowed.

GOLDEN AGE All HeroClix sets and compatible sets are allowed. All Tactics are allowed.

OVER-BUILD Players are allowed to exceed the build limit by 1 point per every hundred points of build at any event regardless of the Age of the event unless specified in the event format. Over-Build cannot be combined with Team Synergy. Single characters teams cannot qualify for Over-Build.

TEAM SYNERGY You may exceed the build total by 5 points for every 100 points of build if your team meets the criteria for Team Synergy list below. Team Synergy can be used at any event regardless of the Age of the event unless specified in the event format. • Must have at least three members on the team • All members must have the same team symbol or non-generic keyword • No duplicates of "named" characters with the same set number • No feats assigned to any characters • No Resources assigned to the team or characters • No Team Bases

USING MULTIPLE TEAMS Players are allowed to play a different team in each round unless otherwise posted with the event. Player One reveals their team first (after Starting Area selection). Player Two then select it's team. All teams must be recorded on a team roster event sheet before the event begins. If it has not been recorded, it cannot be used. Players can review their opponents team sheet before making their team selection.

If a player is using multiple teams at an event, they do not get any theme team rolling bonus when selecting player priority.
