This was taken from Warseer and I was just wondering if there is any truth in it?  I dont own the book and I believe only half of what I read on Warseer.

Actually he can use Daemons in a Warriors of Chaos army. So long as he  follow the 'Tides Of Conquest' rules and his 25% Minimum Core are  mortals from the Warriors Of Chaos book he's fine. (He can also use  Beastmen as well when using these rules). These rules are in pages  142-145 of "Tamurkhan, The Throne Of Chaos" and they are current 8th  edition tournament legal rules, approved by Games Workshop themselves.

The point of the game is to have fun every time not win every time.

Yeah i think in tamurkhan you can take mixed armies but there are a bunch of rules and restricticions, also i dont think its tourny legal due to most forge world stuff not being allowed (except chaos dwarves of course). Trust me if i could take an iron daemon in my warriors army, or a magma cannon, hell even the super slaanesh chariots id be all over it!

That was part of what I was asking, according to the the guy who made the post it is all Tourney legal.

If you read the Forge World Wiki - http://en.wikipedia....iki/Forge_World - first lin "Forge World is the name of a subsidiary company of Games Workshop".

I personally don't know why or can not see a reason why they would not allow their own stuff in a tournament. So you should be able to run a Slannesh Super Chariot in you list.

Pretty much all I have seen being allowed is the chaos dwarf list. I haven't seen, heard, or read about any tournaments that allowed anything else out of Tamurkhan.

When I go to the gamestores over here in the UK i notice people use Forgeworld stuff all the time...

Given that in the UK you can just buy forgeworld at the gw stores it is a lot more common.. The only thing I ever see if they have printouts with the rules if the other person wants to read it..

So I think they will never faq that you can use it in your games because to their knowledge people use all that stuff in all their games.

Also GW is so expensive because everything in the UK is way to expensive.. everything....

You would be hard pressed right now to find a tourny that would allow you to take units from another book at this time. In the future (9th?) i think there is a good chance  of it as that is what happened for 40K and it seems to be working out ok.

To make it official, the Broadside Bash will not allow you to use deamons in your chaos army.  GW may say it is tourney legal...in their tournament, not ours.
The only legal FW stuff for Fantasy is the chaos dwarf army from that book.  You can use the models as proxies or counts as all you want, but the rules for other FW models are not allowed.  Other than that, GW published armybooks only.
